Tuesday

Breakfast: 1 orange, (or peach, pear, melon, watermelon… bananas excluded), 2 toasts, 1 cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar.
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 buttermilk or yoghurt, 2 toasts.
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato, or 1 deciliter of tomato’ pure, 1 toast, a cup of coffee or tea.
Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or peach, pear, melon, watermelon… bananas excluded), 2 toasts, 1 cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar.
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, and 1 small lettuce.
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, a cup of tea or coffee
Thursday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or peach, pear, melon, watermelon… bananas excluded), 2 toasts, 1 cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar.
Lunch: 125g cottage cheese that contains little milk fat, for example mozzarella cheese, 1 tomato, 1 toast.
Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 2 tomatoes and 2 oz. of tomatoes” puree, 1 apple, 1 toast.
Friday

Breakfast: 1 orange (or peach, pear, melon, watermelon… bananas excluded), 2 toasts, 1 cup of tea or coffee without adding sugar.
Lunch: 200 g of cooked fish or meat, 1 tomato, 1 toast.
Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (potatoes, carrots, peas…), 1 egg, 1 tomato.
During the weekends you should eat as you do usually!

Rules and Instructions:

Avoid the consumption of alcohol.
You can consume the foods cold or hot, and it is of great importance to consume them in the proper order.
5 days later you are going to lose from 2.5 up to 5 kg.
After 5 days of this diet, start eating as you normally do for at least two days, but still in balance. After 2 days repeat the diet. Do this three times for five days, or a total of fifteen days.
With this diet it is possible to lose up to 15 kilograms in 15 days.
