Meredith Mickelson workout for abs step by step - How to get flat abs - Model Workout for toning

This is from 2 previous workouts I’ve put together with some tips in the video. Workout requires a medicine ball and a TRX!

Workout goes as follows (4-10 lb ball used)

Exercise 1: 12-15 reps for 2 sets
Exercise 2: 16-20 reps for 2 sets (8-10 taps on each side)
Exercise 3: 16-20 reps for 2 sets (8-10 kick outs on each side)
Exercise 4: 30 seconds x 2 with 10 seconds between or 30 reps x 2 sets
Exercise 5: 30-40 reps x 2 sets
Exercise 6: 25 seconds x 2 with 10 seconds between or 20 reps x 2 sets
Exercise 7: 30-40 reps x 2 sets
Exercise 8: 20 seconds x 2 with 20 seconds between sets or 20 glides x 2 sets
Exercise 9: 20 reps (10 in each direction) for 2 sets
Exercise 10: 10-12 reps x 2 sets
