Exercise 1: Hold the TRX, lay back into a pistol squat, and hop into a reverse lunge, reaching foot back. 10-12 reps x 3 sets

Exercise 2: First get into a pike and from there bring knee’s into one of your elbows. 6-8 reps on each side x 3 sets.

Exercise 3: Hold dumbell between shoes and curl. 18-20 reps x 3 sets

Exercise 4: Keep the one foot in the trx slightly bent to avoid pressure on the knee. Bring the opposite knee cross body into your elbow and then twist around your body. 8-10 reps on each side x 3 sets

Exercise 5: 4 x 30 second sled runs with 30 seconds of break in between each run. If you do not have access to a sled you can do 5 x 30 second sprints 💪
