Exercise 1 – 3 45 second sets with 20 seconds off between sets

Exercise 2 – 14-20 reps x 3 sets.

Exercise 3 – 16-20 reps x 3 sets. No medicine ball is necessary for this or exercise 4. If you do have a medicine ball you can squeeze it in between your feet.

Exercise 4- 16-20 reps x 3 sets
