Exercise 1: 2 minutes x 2 sets 30 seconds break between rounds

Exercise 2: 12-15 reps on each side x 3 sets

Exercise 3: 2 minutes x 2 sets 30 seconds break between rounds

Exercise 4: 10-12 reps x 3 sets

Exercise 5: 18-20 reps x 3 sets
