Exercise 1: All 3 motions equals 1 rep. 10-12 reps for 2 sets

Exercise 2: 30 seconds x 3 sets 10 seconds break between rounds

Exercise 3: 30 seconds x 3 sets 10 seconds break between rounds

Exercise 4: 10-12 reps x 3 sets

Exercise 5: 30 seconds x 3 sets 10 seconds break between rounds
