My Breakfast for FLAWLESS Digestion | Ginger and Molasses Overnight Oats

Hey guys! This is for all of you out there with super sensitive digestion and IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I have found that this recipe and variations of it, which include generous amounts of flax, chia seeds and buckwheat prevent/minimize bloating. Hope you like this recipe as much as I do! Ginger and Molasses Overnight Oats (all measurements are approximate, feel free to adjust to your preferences)
-1.5 cups plant milk (I think soy tastes best!)
-1 heaping tbsp ground flax or flax seeds
-1 scoop Livwell Nutrition protein powder (Vanilla or Cacao)
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp ground ginger
-1 heaping/overflowing tbsp of blackstrap molasses
-1 apple

BLEND above ingredients, place In a jar or container and then add the following:

-1/2 cup thick cut oats
– 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
– 1/4 cup buckwheat groats

STIR well and place in fridge overnight or at least for 2-3 hours.

****If you’re not crazy about the ginger molasses flavour, you can easily modify this recipe by adding other ingredients, such as the recipe below:

Banana-Berry Overnight Oats:
-1.5 cups plant milk (I think soy tastes best!)
-1 heaping tbsp ground flax or flax seeds
-1 scoop Livwell Nutrition protein powder (Vanilla or Cacao)
-1 apple

BLEND above ingredients, place In a jar or container and then add the following:

-1/2 cup thick cut oats
– 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
– 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
– 1 chopped banana
– 1 cup berries of choice
