Exercise 1: Land softly 8 x 20 seconds x 10 seconds break between sets

Exercise 2: Land softly. 8 x 20 second sets with 10 seconds between

Exercise 3: 5 x 20 second sets with 10 seconds break between (land softly and only do if you are injury free)

Exercise 4: 4 x 45 second sets with 15 seconds break between rounds

Exercise 5: 4 x 1 minute sets 20 seconds break between rounds
