Exercise 1: 1 minute sets x 3 with 20 seconds off between sets

Exercise 2: 15 reps each x 3 sets

Exercise 3: 18-20 reps x 3 sets

Exercise 4: 2 minute set – 1 minute in each direction x 2 setgs

Exercise 5: 15-20 reps x 3 sets
