Exercise 1 – 10-12 reps x 3 sets each side

Exercise 2 – 12-15 reps x 3 sets each side

Exercise 3 – 18-20 reps on each side x 3 sets

Exercise 4 – 10 circles in each direction x 3 sets on each side

Exercise 5 – 10 circles in each direction x 3 sets on each side
