Exercise 1 – 20 second sets x 6 with 10 seconds break between

Exercise 2 – 18-20 crunches on each side x 3 sets

Exercise 3 – 20 second sets x 6 with 10 seconds break between sets

Exercise 4 – 15-20 reps each side x 3 sets

Exercise 5 – 18-20 reps each side x 3 sets
