Workout Breakdown:

Warm-up (50:10)
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Bird-dog

Tabata #1 (20:10 for 4 min)
-knee raises

Core Circuit: (repeat 2x) (30:10)
1)Slider combo: (pike, knees-in, around the world)
2) Hollow Body Hold
3) Baby Plank walk (with sliders)
4) Arch Body Hold
5) Core Compression/Vsit

Tabata #2:
-high knee toe taps
-side plank leg lifts
