Exercise 1 – 20 second sets x 6 with 10 seconds break between
Exercise 2 – 20 second sets x 6 with 10 seconds break between
Exercise 3 – 18-20 reps x 3 sets
Exercise 4 – 10 reps circling in each direction x 3 sets
Exercise 5 – 20 seconds x 6 sets with 10 second breaks between sets
